Christian Dell
Born in Offenbach in 1893, Christian Dell taught the craft of silversmithing from 1907 to 1911. As a foreman, he enriched the metal workshop at the Bauhaus in Weimar from 1922 to 1925.

Afterwards, the designer took over the leading position of the metal workshop at the Frankfurt Art School. Christian Dell began designing lamps in the early 1930s. Among his most famous designs are the classics for the company Gebr. Kaiser & Co.
