Delivery time and shipment providers
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an Email. Depending on your order and depending on the shipping company it takes 1-2 days within Germany and 2-4 days within Europe until your products arrive at your door. Delivery time for special products may vary and is noted if appropriate.
In general we work with the German parcel service DPD or with our own shipment company. If transportation is carried out by our agency they will contact you – if desired – to arrange a delivery time that suits you best. Should you not be there to accept the consignment (refused shipment) you might have to pay for additional shipping costs.
