Giancarlo Mattioli
Giancarlo Mattioli was born in Bologna in 1933. The Italian designer became famous in the 50s and 60s for his special designs. In the 60s Mattioli founded the Gruppo Architetti Urbanisti. His most famous work is the design of the Nesso table lamp. The Nesso by Artemide is part of various museum exhibitions, such as that of the MoMa in New York.
