Lapalma Auki - the modern lounge armchair
The Auki lounge armchair from Lapalma was designed Hee Welling in a curved shape that just invites you to relax. In this beautiful lounge chair you want to really relax and enjoy the break or after work. The wooden legs of the Auki in natural ash are reinforced with timelessly modern metal struts. The fabric Hallindal consists of 70% pure wool and 30% viscose. The upholstery is made of fire retardant polyurethane foam. Felt glides are included. Choice of two colors to blend unobtrusively with any interior, mottled black and light gray, and an optional headrest. The designer Hee Welling
Danish designer Hee Welling (1974*) studied in Helsinki and Copenhagen, where he founded his own design studio in 2003. He makes furniture and also works as an industrial designer. Welling is considered versatile, he has designed tables, chairs, stools and much more, including outdoor. Welling's designs are in use in internationally important companies and institutions, including the Oslo Opera House, Google and Amazon headquarters, and the Danish Parliament. Welling also holds a teaching position at the Academy of Fine Arts in Denmark.
