The office design chair
Since the beginning of 2024, the seat shells of the Eames Plastic Chairs have been made from a special material: recycled post-consumer plastic. The source of this recycled material is new - it comes from the German household recycling collection "Gelber Sack", mainly from used packaging. It reduces climate-damaging emissions compared to conventional plastic and uses significantly less energy. Another characteristic aspect of the new seat shells are the delicate speckles, especially in the lighter colors, which arise due to the composition of the recycled material.
The famous Side Chair with the practical castors. PSCC stands for "Pivot Side Chair Cast Base on Castors". The advantages of an office chair are combined with the classic and timeless design of Charles and Ray Eames. Practical functions such as height adjustment, rotating seat shell and comfort suspension ensure flexibility at the workplace and make the Vitra PSCC the ideal companion in the home office.
