The tilt mechanism can be locked in an upright sitting position - Backrest:
Sewn, horizontal upholstery chambers in a cantilevered back construction. Covers are available in leather or fabric. - Seat:
Seat upholstery (polyurethane foam) upholstered in fabric or leather. - Armrests:
Ring armrests, die-cast aluminum polished, optionally available with leather cover. The leather covers are then made in the color of the chair leather. For chairs with fabric cover the cover is in Nero, leather. - Base:
Optional 5-star die-cast aluminum polished or in basic dark (plastic). The base is height adjustable and rotatable.
The reduced studio chair
The functions are tailored to his purpose. At workplaces where multiple people use pitches at frequent intervals, the AC 5 Studio can be quickly tuned to meet different needs. Rocker mechanism and height adjustment provide comfort and a comfortable sitting position at all times. The "bent back" is not only a style element of Vitra AC 5 group, the flexible structure allows dynamic sitting and freedom of movement.
