Manufacturer's guarantee

Vitra provides a 30-year guarantee on the Eames Soft Pad Group, calculated from the date of purchase. It requires the product to be registered at vitra.com within six months of purchase, together with the original invoice; without registration there is no entitlement under the guarantee. The guarantee applies to purchases made on or after 1 January 2024 and covers both private and business use. A two-year guarantee applies instead to pneumatic cylinders, castors, glides, fittings, height and tilt adjustment mechanisms, motors and electronic components. The guarantee applies in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity and does not restrict it.
