Luxury in the office: The Vitra EA 205 Chair
The design of the EA 205 chairs dates back to 1969, their construction is similar to the chairs of the Vitra Aluminium Group. The designers Charles and Ray Eames created this luxurious chair. Almost all furniture and products of the Eames couple became famous, including the Aluminium and Plastic Chairs as well as the Eames Lounge Chair, which you can also find in the pro office shop.
Leather meets aluminium
The EA 205 belongs to the Vitra Soft Pad Chairs, which offer the best seating comfort thanks to their upholstery. The cover is made of fine leather, the back of the chairs is covered with the hard-wearing material Plano in the same colour. The base is made of die-cast aluminium (polished or chrome-plated). Vitra offers a 30-year manufacturer's guarantee on all Eames Soft Pad Chairs.
