"Vitra Compas Direction"
Design: Jean Prouvé
Elegant desk: The Vitra Compas Direction
The Vitra Compas Direction table was designed by Jean Prouvé in 1953. The spread, slender metal legs of the furniture are reminiscent of the rods of a compass. They are designed in accordance with the principles of Prouvé's design and, together with the oiled solid wood tops, form an interesting mix of materials that is in no way inferior to the modern Industrial Style design. The timelessly modern desk with the powder-coated base frame fits into the home office as well as the office. The variations of the tables are individual, the base frame is available in black, brown, Japan red and ecru, the table top in natural or smoked oak and American walnut oiled. In the pro office store you will find the matching chair Fauteuil Direction, the Chaise Tout Bois and other products by Jean Prouvé.
