Vitra Wooden Side Tables

The Vitra Wooden Side Table was designed in 2015 by the brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec. The Wooden Side Table follows in its design the Metal Side Table, which was designed by the brothers in 2004 especially for Vitra. The Wooden Side Table draws its appeal from the interplay of the voluminous base and graceful tabletop. The Wooden Side Tables are graceful and delicate. They offer a wide range of possible uses and combinations. The veneer is available in natural oak, dark oak or walnut. They lend a natural, homely touch. The molded plywood makes the Vitra Wooden Sidle Table mobile and lightweight.

Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec

Designers Ronan (b. 1971) and Erwan Bouroullec (b. 1976) were discovered by Italian manufacturer Cappellini at a trade show. The French brothers work for leading furniture manufacturers. A large part of their designs is produced and distributed by Vitra. In 2013, they were named Designer of the Year by Architektur & Wohnen magazine.
