Vitra Wardrobe
The Vitra wardrobe of Charles and Ray Eames
shows par excellence that a functional piece of furniture can be more than that. With this object, the designers demonstrate how closely vibrancy, clear structure and function can lie side by side.

Conceived in 1953 as a children's wardrobe, the wardrobe can now "work" in all rooms. In addition to the original colour composition, Vitra, together with the Eames Office, developed three further variants of Hang it all. The concept of the coat rack makes it possible to hang several next to each other, as the distance between the spheres is always the same.
