In more than 50 years of office furniture experience, Vitra has convinced with revolutionary concepts. In the 1960s, the company introduced the Action Office in Europe and in 1976 the first specially developed office chair, the Vitramat, followed. Numerous pioneering models followed, created by renowned designers. Mario Bellini, Antonio Citterio and Alberto Meda, among others, designed office furniture for the company. The Vitra company

Vitra AG is a company with its headquarters in Birsfelden, Switzerland. Among other places, production takes place in Germany, in Weil am Rhein, where the internationally renowned campus has been attracting audiences from all over the world since the 1990s. The Vitra Design Museum and the fire station of the renowned architects Frank O. Gehry and Zaha Hadid, symbols of modern architecture, are located on the campus.
