Sit relaxed in your home office with the Thonet swivel chair S 43 DR, S 43 FDR Atelier or the Thonet chair S 64 VDR. For the tubular steel cantilever chairs and thus for the products S 43 DR, S 43 FDR Atelier and S 64 VDR, the Dutch Bauhaus designer Mart Stam (1899-1986) was awarded the artistic copyright. While the S 43 is made of tubular steel and beech, the S 64 VDR inspires with its classic tubular mesh made of selected woods in the seat and backrest area, which exudes lightness. The Thonet S 1200, Thonet S 285 or Thonet S 285/1 desks go well with it, while the Thonet S1200 is ideal for small spaces thanks to its compact dimensions and filigree expression. Randolf Schott from the Thonet Design Team developed the tubular steel desk in 2014. The Thonet S 285 or Thonet S 285/1 are also intellectual works of Max Stam from 1935, which with the chrome-plated tubular steel frame directly link to the tradition of the cantilever chair.
