Four Seasons, furniture that is ideally suited for outdoor use: S 40 F/S 40 garden chairs are modeled after the S 43 chair, for which designer Mart Stam holds the artistic copyright. As B 33 g, these chairs were first shown in the catalog of manufacturer Thonet in 1935.
The S 40 F has comfortable armrests while the design of the S 40 is even more restrained in form. Both chairs offer high seating comfort and the best workmanship. The African wood, which is called iroko among other things, has been awarded the FSC seal for sustainable forestry. With its uniform surface, it is reminiscent of teak. To protect it from the weather, it has been oiled. The frame is made of stainless steel.
