High table THONET 1510

The THONET 1510 office furniture is elegantly designed and offers space for meetings or standing receptions in the office or at home. The high table 1510 by Wolfgang C.R. Mezger with a height of 105 cm, and its counterpart, the dining table 1500, are also an overall concept with two tables that complement each other ergonomically. Here, the manufacturer Thonet has thought about the change between sitting and standing. This concept makes it possible to have a conversation while standing, perhaps over a cup of coffee, or extensive meetings while seated. The concept of the tables arranges landscapes in space and adapts smoothly to different room sizes. The legs of the bar table are made of solid natural or stained oak wood.

Attractive design

The traditional company Thonet has always thought of office as modern: The THONET 1510 is both stable and elegant: The tabletop floats on the slightly tapering legs, which are stabilised by two chrome-plated metal rods. Matching the table, you will find chairs by Thonet in the pro office shop.

Design: Wolfgang C.R. Mezger

Designer Wolfgang C.R. Mezger (*1951) trained as a typographer before studying industrial design at the Hochschule für Gestaltung in Schwäbisch Gmünd. In 1983 he set up his own design studio there, which moved to Göppingen in 2007. There Mezger develops innovative furniture and other products for many brands together with other designers. The design office Mezger was awarded with renowned design prizes. Mezger also worked as a lecturer and inspired many students internationally.
