"Tecnolumen Egyptian Eye Lamp"
Tecnolumen Egyptian Eye EE86 - the Egyptian beauty.
The lamp Egyptian Eye enriches both private and public spaces. Through its special lens, the lamp from 1986 draws light effects on the wall and ceiling. The lamp itself is a sculpture of Italian Carrara marble (polished) and can create any desired mood by means of dimmer. The name Egyptian Eye speaks to the beauty of the lights, whose design in the form of an eye is considered a symbol in the Orient that can ward off disaster. The polished lens is incorporated into the high-quality marble base, it can stage the warm white light without glare and indirectly in a pattern of wide beams, creating a unique ambience. The delivery includes LED illuminant. The marble of the noble lamps can be chosen in black or white - both variants speak for your sense of style.
Günter Leuchtmann
The designer Günter Leuchtmann (1943-2005) is internationally known for two lamps, the "Egyptian Eye" and the "Three Witches" (Le tre streghe) made of handmade Murano glass from 1981. Günter Leuchtmann was an industrial designer from Milan, who used marble and ceramics to design functional lamps in the Bauhaus tradition. The lighting manufacturer Tecnolumen has included both designer lamps in its program. Each floor lamp bears the signet TECNOLUMEN.
