The NJP table lamp in detail
A wealth of details fits elegantly into the simple design. An adjustable automatic switch-off saves energy if you forget to switch off the lamp. For the energy-saving lighting a light source with current LED technology is installed. In order to avoid irritation and to obtain a glare-free light, it was placed further up. A special feature is the rear-facing luminaire head, through which superfluous light shines onto the upper part of the beautiful luminaire arm. The lamp can be switched on, switched off and adjusted with just one hand.
Oki Sato - nendo
Oki Sato, born 1977 in Toronto, Canada, founded the design studio nendo in 2002. The name is a reference to the Japanese meaning of "modelling or creating from clay" and thus emphasises the many creative possibilities. Sato's designs are minimalist, but characterized by small details. Clear, soft lines always make his works appear elegant.
