Delivery times and shipping agents
As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail on the same day. If your order was shipped with a parcel service, the goods will arrive within 1 to 2 working days within Germany and 2 to 4 working days within the EU, provided that no other delivery times are specified for the products.
In principle, we ship with the parcel service DHL for a belt size of up to 3.20 m. Larger shipments will be delivered by our forwarding company. If we deliver with our forwarding company, they will arrange an appointment with you by telephone for the delivery if requested. If you are not at home despite the appointment, we ask for your understanding that we have to charge you the additional shipping costs incurred.
