If you have found your desired item at a better price elsewhere, proceed as follows:
Simply order the item you want in the pro office shop and, when you place your order, provide the link to the retailer's website where this item is offered at a lower price. We will check this and you will receive a second order confirmation from us later with a corrected price.

The best price guarantee only applies to products in our shop. Excluded are imitations, reproductions, used products, special offers, sales and auctions. The best price guarantee only applies to offers from companies that are based in Germany.

The article must have the same availability and delivery time at the competitor's as in the pro office shop.
